Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 07 days of delivery.*

Start the return process within 07 days of receiving your item.
In new or unused condition, with all original product  inserts and accessories.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item. 
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

* You should note that this return policy does not apply to Marketplace Seller products . For their return policy, please refer to the Seller’s individual policy, located on the product page by clicking on the Seller’s name. See our Vendor page for more details.

Sign in to  My Account to fill out our return initiation form to receive your shipping label and return instructions. Don’t have an account? Check out our step by step guide as a guest.


Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Oops…If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund** 
  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

 

 

Products Returned After 07 days


Did you miss the 07-day return window? Great news! You may still start a return after 07 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on…

  • Condition of the merchandise
  • Cost of the original and/or return shipping charges deduction from your refund
  • If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.

 

How to Return an Item

Initiating a Return

Returning an item is easier than ever! Please follow these steps to start the online return process:

  1.  Sign into your account.
  2. Click the "My Orders" link from the Order Information tab to see your past orders.
  3. Click “Return Item” next to the item you want to return.
  4. Provide your return information. Click “Submit Return”.
  5. Print your shipping label and follow the included instructions to return your item.

We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return shipping label and return instructions.


Guest Checkout Return

If you used Guest Checkout to place your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an account with the same email address you used to place your order.
  2. Once you create your account, follow the steps above to return your item.

You can also Customer Care team and they will assist you with your return.
