Rockstar's latest GTA Online Event Week, running from February 26th through March 4th in Grand Theft Auto Online, is very clearly built around drift culture, but it also sneaks in a lot of solid money-making opportunities if you know where to look. Between the new vehicle, expanded Drift Tuning options, and some genuinely strong payout boosts, this feels like one of those weeks where it's easy to stay busy without forcing yourself to grind something you hate GTA 5 Money.

The main spotlight is on the Shitzu Keitora, a tiny kei-style truck that honestly looks more like a joke at first glance than a serious addition. It's up for 810,000 GTA$ on Southern San Andreas Super Autos, and while it's compact, it's surprisingly versatile. You can throw Drift Tuning on it right away, and it even supports the Missile Lock-On Jammer upgrade, which makes it more practical than you'd expect. If you're unsure about dropping the cash, it's sitting on the Test Track alongside the Vapid Dominator GT and Dinka RT3000, so you can take it out for a proper spin before committing. It's quirky, but it actually fits the drift theme really well.

Drift Tuning itself has been expanded to more cars this week, which is a big win if you're into the whole sideways-driving scene. The Übermacht Sentinel XS, Vapid Dominator GT, Dinka RT3000, and the new Keitora can all get the upgrade. Once installed at the LS Car Meet Mod Shop, it changes the way the car behaves pretty dramatically. You get more steering angle, less traditional grip, and smoother control when holding long slides. Paired with the improved drift camera and the handling tweaks Rockstar introduced in previous updates, these cars feel completely different once they're set up properly. If you've been ignoring Drift Tuning before, this is probably the week to experiment with it.

Money-wise, Drift Races are the star of the show. They're paying 3x GTA$ and RP, which already makes them worth grinding, but if you're a GTA+ member on current-gen, that jumps to 6x. That's honestly huge for something that's actually fun to play. On top of that, LS Car Meet rep is boosted to 5x, so even a few races can push your level up fast and unlock more customization options. If you've been slowly leveling the Car Meet in the background, this week can speed that up a lot.

There are a couple of extra incentives layered in too. Win a Drift Race in the Annis Euros and you'll unlock the Manga Classic livery within 72 hours, which is a nice cosmetic bonus for one of the more popular drift builds. If you step away from racing and knock out an Auto Shop Robbery Contract, you'll get an extra 300,000 GTA$ bonus, also delivered within 72 hours. On top of that, Rockstar is running a Community Series spotlight on Japanese-made tracks, and watching the related Twitch stream can land you 500,000 GTA$ as a drop. It's not a bad week for stacking cash from multiple angles.

The Lunar New Year content is still active as well, though it's clearly winding down. The Senora Derby Stunt Race is live, and logging in before March 4th gets you the Red Year of the Horse Tee. All Horse masks and tattoos are free right now, so you might as well grab them even if you don't plan on wearing them. Yuanbao collectibles are also back around the map for another week, which gives you a small excuse to cruise around the city between races.

Outside of drift events, there are some strong business bonuses worth mentioning. Exotic Exports are paying 4x GTA$ and RP, which turns them from a casual side task into something that can actually compete with other money methods. Weed Sell Missions tied to Biker Weed Farms and Nightclub Organic Produce are at 2x GTA$, so if you've got those businesses sitting idle, it's a good time to restart production. Sumo (Remix) is also paying 2x GTA$ and RP, which is a nice change of pace if you're burned out on racing but still want boosted rewards.

The usual rotating vehicle rewards are in place too. The Lucky Wheel podium car at the Diamond Casino is the Benefactor Stirling GT, which is definitely worth a free spin each day. Over at the LS Car Meet, placing top three in a Series race for four days in a row unlocks the Fathom FR36 as the Prize Ride, saving you over a million GTA$ if you were planning to buy it anyway. On next-gen, the Karin Woodlander is available as the Premium Test Ride, and both Luxury Autos and Premium Deluxe Motorsport have fresh inventory, including the Karin Calico GTF, Emperor Vectre, Maibatsu Penumbra FF, Dinka Postlude, and Annis ZR350 among others GTA 5 Modded Accounts for sale.

This week feels less like a random collection of bonuses and more like a focused celebration of the car scene inside GTA Online. Drift racing finally feels properly supported, the Keitora adds something different to the garage, and the payout boosts mean you're actually rewarded for spending time on the track. Whether you're chasing rep, stacking GTA$, or just building out your collection with limited-time cosmetics and cars, there's more than enough here to make logging in before March 4th feel worthwhile.
